Fractional IT Management
You know the IT is a problem. You don't have the person to own it.
A migration is coming and nobody inside is driving it. Years of accounts, licenses, and access have piled up with no one in charge. Or you've outgrown "whoever's good with computers" but you're not ready for a full-time IT director. I'm the senior person who steps in, owns the problem, and makes sure it actually gets handled.
Start a conversationWho this is for
You know something's not right. You just don't have the person to fix it.
- A migration or go-live is coming and nobody inside actually owns it. You're switching ERPs, moving to a new CRM, or standing up a new system, and between the vendor's timeline and your team's day jobs, there's no one whose actual job is making the date.
- Years of tools, accounts, and access have piled up and nobody's managing it. Your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 grew without anyone in charge. Former employees may still have access. You suspect it's a mess and probably a risk, but you don't have the time to untangle it.
- You've outgrown "whoever's good with computers." You're past the point where IT can be someone's side task, but you're not ready to hire a full-time IT director, and you shouldn't have to yet.
If one of those sounds like your week, that's the work.
What I do
Senior IT capability, without a full-time hire.
ERP & system migration oversight
Vendor accountability, field mapping, cutover planning, and someone whose actual job is making the date.
See the case studyGoogle Workspace & Microsoft 365
Identity and access management, admin-plane hardening, and user lifecycle across a distributed workforce.
See the case studyService management build-outs
Jira Service Management, ITIL-aligned workflows, and SLAs that are realistic instead of aspirational.
See the case studyProcess automation
Rebuilding manual, paper-and-spreadsheet workflows inside the tools you already own, instead of buying another platform.

For companies past "whoever's good with computers" but not yet ready for a full-time IT director.
See the case studyTrack record
Twenty years of building and repairing IT operations.
Built an IT function from zero, 98%+ CSAT for four years
A multi-site manufacturer had no IT function. Infrastructure, service management, and a security framework got built from nothing and run to full operational maturity.
70% faster operations, 25% inventory reduction
A CRM implementation owned end to end, requirements through deployment. Cycle time dropped by 70% and inventory came down a quarter.
SOX-regulated financial services
Incident management and enterprise change control at Merrill Lynch ran to a standard that held up when an auditor read the process.
How we start
A small, fixed-fee first step. Not an open-ended commitment.
Most engagements begin with a discovery week: a fixed-fee, written assessment of your environment. You get a clear picture of what you have, what you stand to gain from changing it, the risks involved, and a straightforward quote for the work. Fixed price, defined scope, delivered in writing.
You decide what happens next with real information in front of you. No retainer to sign before you know what you're buying, and no surprise invoice at the end of the month.
I'm not a NetSuite developer or an Acumatica reseller, and I won't pretend to be. I'm the person on your side who makes sure they deliver what you paid for.
For MSPs and IT providers
Senior overflow and specialist depth, without the ramp-up.
Having run delivery on the provider side, I know what it takes to drop into a client engagement and make the provider look good. If you need overflow capacity or specialist depth on a migration, a Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 project, or a Jira Service Management build, I work as a subcontractor on your paper, to your standards, in front of your client.
Clean handoffs, no surprises, and I don't poach.
